It’s been a month since the sun started giving us gradually brighter days.
Even though the evenings still are pitch black, we no longer have to go both to and from work in the darkness. Finally.
Last light at 5.30 makes living just a little bit more comfortable.
Coinciding with these brighter times we recently had a few days with colossal waves at Jæren, both tempting us and frightening us with their size, calling us to the ocean.
These few and far between afternoons are freezing cold, with both rain and snow pouring down on us. But we don’t stop.
We don’t stop even though we can’t feel neither our fingers nor our toes. The opportunity is just to good to let it pass by.
We stop when the lack of daylight stops us.
5.30, for now.
